| BLOG 2006: |
My meandering thoughts on life, the world in general and the state of the universe. Verbal vomit, glorified diary. |
| BLOG 2005: |
Last years verbal vomit brought over with me to Piczo from MSN. |
| Sarah (who am I): |
This is all about me. Yes that is right, ME! Like a profile, but more in depth. |
| Genefa Stori (Author & Friend) |
This is all about the author who wrote the Sandanizta Mist novels published on this site. |
| DCL Wolf (Another Author & Friend) |
Great author and friend. This page contains stuff about him and direct links to some of his stories. |
| Truthseek.net: |
Contains direct links to individual topics inside DCL Wolf's Truthseek site. |
| Tribute to Steve Irwin: |
What an amazing life this man led and what wonderful things he did with it to enhance the welfare of animals and to encourage other people to respect and care for all of God's creatures great and small. Beautiful photos of some of Steve's animals in Australia Zoo are on this page too. |
| Tchakat Moriori: |
This tribe of people had one unique quality that is rarely if ever seen in this world. They did NOT believe in war and, in fact, made warring and violence a crime. Unfortunately, their love of peace and total ban on warring was exploited by another people and had tragic consequences for these people. Like many American Indian tribes, they were wiped out, and not by the white man this time. This is a powerful testament to a peace loving people, but also shows very clearly that there is not much room or respect for people inside this world who refuse to solve their problems and differences with violence. |
| Remembering 9.11: |
A mostly pictorial tribute to the stupidity of some men, the lack of morality within others and our ability as a people to rise above it no matter what the heinous bloodshed the aforementioned people may thrust upon us. |
| Romanov Family: |
Mostly a pictorial tribute to a family I admire because despite their social standing, they were, in some aspects, very ordinary people who had a great love of family. |
| Viva Forever Romanovs: |
Same as above. Beautiful photos. |
| Letters from the Tsar: |
When the Tsar was away from his family they wrote to each other almost every day. It is a window to just how ordinary these people really were. The letters are a very touching tribute to their love for each other and their struggles with the enormous responsibility they had as the Tsar and Tsarina of Russia. |
| More letters from the Tsar: |
Same as above. |
| Diary of Tsar Nicholas: |
This is a rare insight into the thoughts and struggles of the Tsar of Russia. |
| Romanov Abdication and Exile: |
This follows their downfall and removal as the Russian royals. Again, there are many beautiful photos here. |
| Romanov Exhumation & Burial: |
I wanted to include the fact that they had been found and given a proper burial after having been murdered and their bodies concealed by the Bolshevik revolutionaries for 80 years. |
| Romanov Pictures 1: |
Timeless photographs of the family. |
| Romanov Pictures 2: |
Same as above. |
| Romanov Pictures 3: |
Same as above |
| Tsarkoe Selo: |
No one knew bling bling like the Russians. They were the most amazing interior decorators. The palaces are beautiful and the insides just mind blowingly opulent. |
| Rasputin: |
No story of the Romanovs is complete without including the greeby little Russian monk named Grigory Rasputin. He had so many tricks up his cossack that he would have made many a great greedy man blush! |
| Leningrad: |
Many stories fascinate me, but none quite so much as the seige on Leningrad led by the Germans in World War 2. Leningrad was St Petersburg until 1914 when Tsar Nicholas tried to make it sound less German and called it Petrograd. At the demise of Lenin, (who led the Russian Revolution from 1918-1924 and introduced the world to Communist Russia) it was named Leningrad. When communist Russia fell, it was reverted back to its original name, St Petersburg. But the pitcures on this page tell the story, rather than the lyrics from the Billy Joel song written on the page. |
| Was Heino Tammet Alexei Romanov?: |
There have been many people over the years who claimed to be Alexei Romanov or Anastasia Romanov. Many have claimed to have survived the carnage of Ipatiev House at the hands of the Bolsehvik Yurovsky on July 17, 1918. It has since been established that the missing bodies from those which were exhumed and reburied are those of Alexei and probably Marie. So, Anastasia was never missing. This claim to fame of Heino Tammet's is certainly worth a read, it certainly possesses more credibility than a lot of other claims. |
| The World Since 1966: |
For history buffs, this page is a blast. From 1966 up until today is covered in there. There are so many pictures, who would have thought that you could load that many pictures onto one page? GO PICZO!!!! it puts MSN to shame! |
| Give me all ya moolah!: |
Televangelists! They need your money to pay for their Lear Jets, so come on folks, stop being such tightwads! Open your wallets and watch your money fly! |
| Favourite Fibs For Fleecin' Flock: |
These men and women have NO shame! |
| TBN Rip Off-a-Thon: |
Trinity Broadcasting Network's beg-a-thon. Again, they need your dollars to pay for their Lear Jets and the rest of their bling bling...so give today and watch your money soar on the wings of...Lear Jets? |
| Rasputin/Hinn/Howard Brown & Co: |
This page shows how today's televangelists offer nothing new. They have merely taken old tricks, dusted them off, polished them up and called them new revelations! They really do need to overhaul their imaginations and come up with something original. Surely no one falls for the same old thing? |
| Nicky Gumbel: |
The madness is not just confined to America, it is worldwide! |
| Reinhard Bonnke: |
This man makes African Witch Doctors, Indian Snake Charmers and Jamaican Voodoo hoodoo look like cheap carni sideshow thrills! He should be ashamed of himself, alas, he is not! |
| Rodney Howard-Browne: |
This man has more bling bling than P Diddy (sp)! He has no shame, this man who calls himself the holy ghost bartender, holy ghost hitman, threatens those who oppose him and rips off those who support him...you can't win, it seems! |
| Rodney Bonnke ...WHAT?: |
One blends into the other to create one big blob of goop! |
| Benny Hinn: |
If bad hair was a crime...this man would get life! If ripping people off was a crime, he'd get life for that too, but apparently it is not. He needs YOUR dollars to pay for HIS six million dollar Lear Jet. |
| Welcome to the Benny Hinn Show: |
Poor Benny doesn't have enough bling bling and apparently needs a new hairstylist! So come on folks, open those wallets or he will blow your head off with his holy ghost machine gun! |
| Jesse Duplantis: |
If bullshit were dollars, this man would be loaded. Oh that's right, in his circles, it is and he is! A story teller from way back, however his stories bear little resemblence to biblical truths or anything else for that matter. |
| Pat Robertson: |
This man is priceless. He has more bling bling than that rich Arab Prince Whatshisname! He will say anything, any time, anywhere, attribute it to God and then when it falls over he will scream "Don't touch thine anointed." But you can touch him all you want, he is NOT 'thine anointed.' |
| My Experience: |
Well it was a learning curb, THAT'S for sure! |
| Falkland Islands War 1982: |
This was the first war that ever really impacted upon my life. I was a teen when it started. The pictures on this page are rarely seen becasue modern technology did not allow for as greater coverage as that of wars today. |
| Sarah's Top 100 Books: |
My fave 100 reads. Most have my own reviews, but I am still working on getting all the reviews in there. Plan to include ISBN numbers eventually too. |
| 1978 Scrapbook: |
Anyone who was a kid in 1978 will love this little slice of nostalgia. Scrapbooks were merely the early websites...and glorified diary by pictures. There are pics of all the old TV shows, actors and some pop stars...back when being called a 'pop star' was not to their chagrin! |
| Sandanizta Mist (1): |
The following ten novels were written in a little over a year. The story is about another world intermingled with this one. Genefa is an author and friend and these are worth reading, but they are long and follow few literary rules. |
| Across the Sandanizta Mist (2): |
ctnd...Goes back in time to the start of the lives of the main characters in the first story. |
| Through the Sandanizta Mist (3): |
ctnd...moves to present day. |
| Inside the Sandanizta Mist (4) |
ctnd...life in general in their world and all kinds of interesting things happen. |
| Four Corners of the Sandanizta Mist (5) |
ctnd...War, greed, avarice, affairs, hmm, perhaps this world is not all that it seems? |
| Flight of the Sandanizta Nephilim (6) |
ctnd...Who the heck is Monet and where has he been all this time...and more importantly, why? |
| Forefathers of the Sandanizta Mist (7) |
ctnd...How did this world come to be in the first place and what it the purpose of it? |
| Life in the Sandanizta Mist (8) |
ctnd...When I grow up, I want to be a Commander. But you can't, you're a girl. Then I want to be Black Robe. You cant, you're not of them. Then I want to be an angel. You can't be one of those either. So what am I supposed to be when I grow up? |
| Beyond the Sandanizta Mist (9) |
ctnd...I never knew that people in the world could be so selfish! They killed the Jews. They killed the folks in Jonestown. They killed the Romanovs. They killed the Moriori. They killed Steven Biko. They killed the Tutsi. They lie to the people and take that which is not theirs to take. Is nothing sacred? What's the point of going there at all to help save those from the savage of heart if mankind is so intent on destruction? |
| Meet Me in the Sandanizta Mist (10) |
ctnd...If you can't be a good example... then you will just have to be a horrible warning! |
| Tales of Mirth, Mire & Mystery |
A series of stories that are mostly allegorical and follow in chronological order. They have been read by a few people and they seemed to like them. Angels and demons, dragons and beasts. Hope, fatigue, despair and joy. Almost all elements of human emotions are in there. |
| Cats |
We have cats. Six of them. We did have eight, but two died in separate run ins with vehicles. We love our cats and the photos are pretty cool too. Our cats are kind of odd and so do odd things sometimes, as is evident by some of the photos. |
| Journey: |
One of my fave bands. This features their CDs etc. |
| Story - Ode to Falco: |
Austrian rocker Falco! I really loved this guy, the way he sang, the way he spoke, the things he believed in and the things that he did. He was very much the egoist, but my he carried it off with the charm of the best of them. This story is just something I wrote after he died. |
| Quotes: |
I love quotes and are collecting them, have been for years. So if you have any, e-mail me or leave them in the guestbook with your name and I will include them here. Awesome! |
| Funny Stuff: |
Look VERY closely at the page. After a while you may well see a giraffe in the image!!! |
| Poetry: |
I don't know that I am a poet, but if you are looking for fluffy, pretty, happy poems, then DON'T look here!!! |
| Poetry 2: |
Same as before. |
| My Photography: |
I love taking photos and this page will ALWAYS be a work in progress that is updated regularly. |
| Sky Shots: |
Photos of clouds, but they are not as boring as they sound at all. Worth a look. |
| Bird Photos: |
These pics are of a flock of pigeons that lived across the road from us. Do you have any idea how hard it is to photograph pigeons...when they are flying? I took hundred of photos and got a few goodies. Still a work in progress. |
